Carbon steel wok is the traditional wok for Chinese cuisine, especially stir fry. It does need to be season before and after each use, so it's a bit more demanding to look after than a non-stick wok, but with just a little effort it will reward you with authentic flavours a lifetime of service. This wok has a slightly flat bottom for better stability and one long wooden handle as well as a helper handle for easy manipulation.
