    The Shun Classic Carving Fork is an elegant match for the Shun Classic Slicing Knife. This two-pronged fork easily holds food in place while slicing or carving and assists in serving, too.

    The long tines of a carving fork are designed to penetrate large or small roasts with ease. It can be used to “anchor” meats to the cutting board as you slice, making cutting safer. The long tines also ensure that your hand stays clear of both the meat and the knife.

    A hard steel core is sandwiched between layers of "softer" steel to support. The exterior steel is often stainless steel and provides stain resistance.

    16° angle cutting edge

    Shun blades are thinner, lighter, sharper. The thinner edges allows you to cut more efficiently. Our 16° cutting angle is extremely sharp, yet lasts a long time.

    Shun handle materials

    Genuine hardwood handles. The resin makes it moisture resistant.

    Shun handles are harder and more durable than untreated hardwood.
