The Miyabi 2 Stage Pull Through Knife Sharpener is designed to restore a razor sharp edge onto the knife blade. The two sharpening modules feature pre-set angles that make sharpening easy and safe. The first module restores the angle of the edge, while the second evens the edge to refine sharpness. This sharpener is suitable for uncoated steel knives with a straight edge only and is capable of sharpening even the hardest steel materials over HRC 66°.
